it should be mandatory ,with an opt-out system if its not what u want(eg automatically appear on your car license)
in my line of work ive seen patients on dialysis waiting for kidneys,people who have had donor stem cells transplanted for treating rare cancers and much more........technology has advanced to such a stage that its drawback is in the number of available donors unfortunately.......when one donor can provide quality of life to several other people ....this is truly a blessing all round
